Harry Redknapp Was Once Threatened With Sack After Calling Owner 'C***' 16 Times In Meeting
At Portsmouth, Harry Redknapp was allegedly threatened with dismissal after using the word "c**t" 16 times in a meeting with his chairman.
The seasoned and well-traveled manager has had two spells in command of Pompey, after a term in charge of rivals Southampton.
However, things may have gone very differently. In 2003, when Redknapp was still relatively new to the club, he and owner Milan Mandaric had a public spat about the position of a transfer target.
Redknapp was adamant that the player was a left-back, while Mandaric was convinced that he was a centre-back.
The 75-year-old became so enraged that he uttered an obscenity 16 times and received an official warning as a result of his actions.
