L'Equipe's List Of Premier League's Top Five Earners Includes Four Manchester United Players

According to French daily L'Equipe, four Manchester United players are among the Premier League's top five highest earnings, with Cristiano Ronaldo topping the list with a monthly salary of £2.2 million.

Despite spending a lot of money over the years, United will finish the season without a trophy after losing to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League last week.

Middlesbrough of the Championship knocked Ralf Rangnick's side out of the FA Cup in the fourth round last month, and their poor Premier League form continues to cause concern as they sit 20 points behind leaders Manchester City.
